Thank you to everyone that came out during the BIA Parade of Homes!
We enjoyed showing off the months of hard work we’ve put into this home. The must see feature in this home is reclaimed wood from local Ohio barns that have been repurposed for shelves in the kitchen and the bar top. The outdoor courtyard bar is accessed from the inside and provides ultimate entertaining space.
Other outstanding features in the home include:
- A private nook under the stairs is a perfect spot to sit down with your favorite book.
- Gaming area upstairs creates a perfect space for kids to hangout.
- Expansive multi-panel slider from the screened porch into the great room.
Another exciting event during the parade was meeting Drew and Johnathan Scott from HGTV’s Property Brothers!
