Here at P&D Builders we are excited to announce that we will be returning to the Parade of Homes for the 2015 year! Last year we won four awards and we hope to win even more this year. The Building Industry Association (BIA) of central Ohio announced that the BIA Parade of Homes will be a taking place a little later in the season this year. The parade begins on September 19th and runs through October 4th. In the past the Parade of Homes has always taken place in the summer months, but this year the BIA wanted to take advantage of the beauty of the fall season here in Ohio. The location of this year’s Parade of Homes will be located in Delaware County in the Northstar Community, one of central Ohio’s newest and most beautiful golf course communities. This year you can expect to see beautiful fall landscaping, take place in seasonal events and activities and of course tour our beautiful Mountain Retreat inspired home. We cannot divulge too many details on the parade home just yet but we can guarantee that you will be amazed at what we are working to create.
